About Onandjokwe Hospital Medical Museum
Onandjokwe Medical Museum is the first medical museum in Namibia. It was opened on 22 March 2013 at Onandjokwe Hospital in Ondangwa, Nothern Namibia. The museum is set in one of the oldest buildings in the Onandjokwe Hospital which is over 100 years.
It has a collection of real medical equipment and pictures dating back to as far as 1908. Medical personnel, enthusiasts and students of nursing, medicine, dentistry, etc will benefit treasured knowledge on the evolution of medical technology over the years by visiting the growing collection at the museum.
