Important Information
1. To secure a booking a deposit of 50% must be made. The balance is payable on arrival – keys will not be handed over unless full payment is received.
2. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
3. Bookings are not secure unless a confirmation from 12 Upper Deck has been received by the guest.
4. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the accommodation establishment.
6. While every effort has been made to ensure the safe and secure stay of guests, 12 Upper Deck does not accept any liability for the safety of guests and their possessions.

8. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances whatsoever.

10. Late arrivals are by special arrangement only, i.e. any guest wishing to check in after 20h00 must make arrangements prior to the day of arrival.
