Enjoy glorious ocean views and pink sunsets in this luxurious self catering apartment situated in the upper part of Sea Point; one of Cape Town’s most affluent suburbs. This apartment is spread over three levels and can comfortably accommodate six guests.With its blue and gold colour theme, modern furnishing and unique light fittings, the apartment features a large private deck ideal for sunset picnics.
Guests can enjoy sea views from all levels as both the living room and second bedroom has balconies; whilst the main bedroom leads out onto the large deck.The first level of the apartment is made up of an open-plan kitchen; dining and air conditioned living area as well as a guest toilet. The modern royal blue and gold kitchen is fully equipped for six guests, with a dining table to seat eight guests.
A spiral like staircase leads you to the middle level which consists of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with his and her basin, walk in shower and toilet. Continue down the staircase and you’ll discover the main bedroom which has a little more to offer than just a bed. Guests enter the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher which makes for easy entertaining on the deck.
This kitchen and main bedroom is separated by a cabinet, allowing for privacy within the bedroom. The bedroom consists of a king sized bed and full lush blue bathroom with his and her basin, walk in shower, bath and toilet.The lower part of the neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores. The Myciti bus is less than 500 metres from the apartment, offering easy access to the rest of the city.

The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.
Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.
Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.
The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore recommended.

Neither the managing agent, nor its staff or employees will accept liability for any injury to or damage of property belonging to any visitor or guest, if such, injury or damage to property caused by any circumstances without its reasonable control. This includes any consequential damages caused as a result of such injury or damage to property.
Please store all valuable items in the rented property safe or any other secure facility as the managing agent will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of visitors or guests, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the Business’s reasonable control. see more
