Strictly Non-Smoking cottage.
No matric students are allowed only parents of matric students.
Refundable key & breakage deposit - High Season R1000. Key & breakage deposit for Mid & Low Season - R1000. Upon vacating please send your banking details for your key & breakage deposit to our email address.
Balance of confirmed bookings and key & breakage deposit payable 30 days before arrival for High Season. Other seasons 2 weeks before arrival to be paid directly to the owner.
Please note that a cleaning fee could be deducted from the key & breakage deposit if the cottage is left with excessive dirty dishes and/or linen or any other in a unsatisfactory state.
Please be advised that the key & breakage deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found utilizing the premises. Only day visitors are allowed.
An indoor smoking fine of R500 will be deducted off the key & breakage deposit.
Please wash off all sea sand outside by the outside shower attached to the Entrance wall as the sand blocks the drains.
Please do not move the indoor furniture or take anything off the unit's site.
Please be considerate at all times. Unruly behaviour or noise from people, vehicles, radios TV's,musical instruments etc will not be tolerated. There are fines for the above from the Home Owners association which will be charged for your account.
Tents are not allowed anywhere on the property or on the beach. Fires, or fireworks are not allowed on the property or on the beach .Please park only in the allotted parking bay for the cottage. Refuse must not be placed directly into dustbins but in green or black bags.
Swimming in the pool or in the ocean is at your own risk.
