301 Quayside is located in a secure complex, set along the canal surrounding the Intaka Island Nature Reserve. This luxury apartment overlooks the canal and guests will be soothed by the birdsong and the gentle running canal.

The beautifully furnished apartment has two bedrooms; one with a queen-queen size beds while second has twin beds. The living area is spacious and open-plan, featuring a comfortable lounge, a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Guests can enjoy a scenic jog or a good workout that the Virgin Active Health Club. The canal is approximately eight kilometres and is a perfect waterway for those who enjoy canoeing.

The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.
Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.
Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.

Indemnity:
The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore recommended.
