There is parking on the premises, laundry facilities and braai facilities. The sleeper couch in the flat is 3/4 and is more suited to 2 small children.The house is located within walking distance from the famous Wild Oats farmers market and the placid Swartvlei lagoon, where guest can fish, swim and canoe. The Swartvlei and Myoli beaches are but a five minute drive away. The Island is a safe haven for birds, tortoises and other small creatures. Sedgefield borders the Goukamma Nature Reserve and the Wilderness National Park, offering guest ample opportunity for bird watching, walks through the indigenous fauna and flora and do bass fishing at Groenvlei lake.
To secure your booking a deposit of 50% is required.
Bookings 3 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due.
Bookings 3 months prior to arrival, a deposit of 30% is required.
Balance payment needs to be made 2 weeks before the check-in date.
