96 Ilala is an up-market four-bedroom penthouse apartment which sleeps eight guests in the Simbithi Eco Estate.
The main bedroom is en-suite and the second full bathroom services the other three bedrooms. The unit is stylishly furnished and features a large, open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge leads out through sliding doors onto the very spacious deck. From here you can enjoy the tranquil view over the Ilala Dam with distant sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. The complex is in the Simbithi Eco Estate and has a communal swimming pool, a tennis court and braai facilities; with the unit featuring a private braai as well.
The unit is serviced daily apart from Sundays and Public Holidays. Linen and bath towels are provided. Kindly supply your own swimming towels.

The estate is charging a once of R200 administration fee for fingerprint access into the estate, this includes 1 fingerprint.
Thereafter it is R70 per fingerprint. Please note this is not included in the quotation and needs to be paid for according to how many drivers will be using the access. This can be paid on arrival or deducted from your breakage deposit.
