Experience tranquility and relaxation in this peaceful beach house, which boasts 3 bedrooms on the top floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Step out onto the spacious balcony and take in the magnificent Seaview.

The second bedroom features a cozy double-size bed, a TV, and an outside door that leads to a joint balcony with a spectacular sea view. The third bedroom is tastefully furnished with two three quarter beds, a TV, and an outside door that also leads to the joint balcony with an equally breathtaking view.

For your convenience, the Villa includes a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays.

Designed with an open-plan layout, Africa Sun Beach Villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, giving you the freedom to indulge in self-catering. The spacious lounge area features a comfortable seating arrangement, uncapped WIFI, and DSTV, and leads to a patio with an under-roof outside braai (barbecue) and entertainment area, complete with a six-seater outside table and a seating bench overlooking the vast ocean.

At Africa Sun Beach Villa, we understand the importance of uninterrupted power supply during load shedding. That's why we have installed a power inverter, ensuring a fully independent house experience from Eskom.

Important Information

Africa Sun Beach Villa
HOUSE RULES and POLICY

We love our beach house and hope that you will love it too. Please treat
it with the same respect that you would do your own.
We live sustainable and Mother Nature will be eternally thankful if you make use
of the bin’s that is provided for the rubbish and the bucket that is for the ashes
of the braai-area. Please do not through them in the field to prevent fire breakouts.

All fishy waist, like prawns, fish, mussels and crayfish goes back to the ocean. The
little fish and crabs can nibble on it and it does not smell in the bins.

On Thursdays the Municipality comes to collect the rubbish. Please leave the
green bin outside for the day if you are there and return it to the garage after
it was emptied.

South Africa is a very dry country, please use the water sparingly.
We installed a full Electrical Inverter for your convenience so you can have a splendid
stay with us.

ADT security company patrol the area every hour and is on standby if you need any assistance.
When you go out for the day, please put on the alarm system.

a. When it is loadshedding please make sure you do not use some appliances together
because of the Inverter batteries.
b. The following appliances cannot run together:
Geyser
Oven/stove
Microwave
Washing machine (do not use during loadshedding)
Tumble dryer (do not use during loadshedding)
Iron (do not use during loadshedding)
kettle
c. No smoking is allowed in the house, please make use of the deck with the ash buckets provided.
d. Please wash all the dirty dishes and pots before booking out. Your cleaning fee is to get the house ready for the next guests.
e. The fireplace must be left clean. Do not scatter the ash outside. Let the ash cool, sweep up into a metal bucket and throw it in the big metal container in the garage.
f. The windows must be closed, and the alarm set when you go out for the day.
g. Please bring in all personal belongings from outside during the night.
h. If you are booked from a Platform, we make use of a “gentleman’s agreement” for any damage or loss that occur during your stay and you as the guests are responsible to reimburse the owner accordingly.
i. We do not allow any pets.
