Located in the prestigious residential area with breath-taking views over the vineyards, mountains and the sea. African Dreams offers an oasis of tranquility with superior accommodation, suites and studios, all with private entrances and terraces.

Wake up in the morning with the sound of music of the birds living in our garden. Catching the first sun rays on your terrace and joy your morning coffee with the amazing view over False Bay.

African Dreams Guesthouse underwent a complete metamorphosis in 2019. A new parking deck is built, the pool area and gardens have been refurnished and new stairs are built to make the premises better accessible. All rooms are renovated - new kitchens, new curtains, new furniture - and display a modern style in warm natural colours with a little African and retro touch.

African Dreams Guesthouse offers 3 Premium Apartments and 2 Standard Studio's. All our rooms are fully self-catering. The air-conditioning can be used for cooling and heating. This makes our rooms very pleasant to stay during the colder winter months as well. The Premium Apartments are ideal for short and long stay and have a luxury sleeping couch for maximum 2 children to join their parents in the same room. The Premium rooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TV's.

Our Standard Studio's are cosy and of a high standard. Although the space is limited everything is available for self-catering guests. Ideal for short and mid-long stays.

Our rates are self-catering rates. You can make a reservation for breakfast on a daily basis, just let us know the day before, before noon. During Summer season our breakfast is served in the main house and is fresh and personally prepared. When the weather allows we serve our breakfast on the balcony with the beautiful long distance views. Even when breakfast is used inside you can still joy the wonderful views through the big windows.

Safari: Only 2 hours from African Dreams Guesthouse you can spot the Big 5 at Aquila Game Reserve. Closer by you find Drakenstein Lion Park in Stellenbosch or Cheetah Outreach in Somerset West.

Golf: African Dreams is situated between 18 golf courses within about an hour drive. We can book tee-off times for all golfcourses and take the planning out of your hands. We book based on your wishes and provide you a schedule with dates and times to play

Romantic: What is better than “Coming Home” after a long day and enjoying the sunset and the chirping of the birds in the garden from your terrace and dream away by the twinkling lights of Strand and Gordon’s Bay in the distance.
