One bedroom flat with double sleeper couch in Westbrook. Just across the road from the beach and 10 kilometres south of Ballito. This lovely flat has aircon in lounge, queen bed and sleeper couch for two children (Under 12). Wifi available with Netflix. Air-fryer and safe available. Work desk in lounge.
There is a communal pool and braai facilities in the complex and one undercover parking bay.
Daily cleans include, sweeping, mopping, making up of beds, sanitizing of bathrooms, washing of dishes is not included.

Important Information
A refundable breakage deposit may be required. (R500 - R1500)
A standard R 300.00 booking fee will be charged over and above the quoted accommodation amount.
A linen fee between R350-R450 will be charged on all 2-Night bookings.
The Establishment will require the following once booking is confirmed
Required Documents - In order for a booking to be processed once booked we require the following :
1. A copy of ID / Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
- Children may not play in communal areas, accept the pool
- Children using the pool should be supervised by adults at all times
- Laundry can only be hung in designated areas
- No littering. Dispose of rubbish in designated dustbins
- No noise daily between 14:00 and 16:00, as well as 22:00 and 06:00
- Saturday 13:00 until Monday 08:00 is also considered as quiet time
- Cycling, roller skating or skate boarding is not allowed inside the complex
- No open fires on the patio, such as braais
