The apartment is to please be left in the same condition as it was when you arrived · Please remember to lock up when you depart from your stay, ensure all windows and doors are locked · Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages or any misconduct that occurs due to negligence · Tenants will be liable for any stains or damages to linens and towels · Please check the inventory list upon arrival and report any faults within 12hrs · Linens will be changed every 7th day · Towels will be changed every 4th day · Daily housekeeping will be done with the exclusion of making beds and doing dishes · Additional house-keeping can be arranged at an extra fee. · Complex rules must be adhered to at all times, if not guests will be evicted immediately!!! · Strictly no pets are allowed in the apartment · This is a non-smoking apartment. Only smoking outdoors is allowed · Swimming pool is to be used at own risk · No matric rage bookings are permitted · Unfortunately no handing over of keys to under 24year olds · The maximum number of persons(including children) must not exceed the number of beds that are available · Should this not be the case we will have no option to evict
