Coral Beach comprises 3 privately owned self-catering houses in Barra, situated high on the dune overlooking the sparkling blue ocean which stretches endlessly across to the horizon and to the distant town of Tofo on the right.House 3 has 4 en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate 8 people in total. The bedrooms are accessed from the outside, they are not accessed from the main living area. There is a spacious, open plan living area comprising a kitchen and pantry, dining area and lounge. Important Information
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit payment signifies acceptance of these cancellation and the general terms and conditions sent with booking documentation
No refunds for late arrivals, non-arrivals or early departures.
Booking payments are not transferrable
30% of the Accommodation total (as per invoice) is non-refundable if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refunds)
COVID PANDEMIC CANCELLATIONS - TRAVELLING DURING THE PANDEMIC IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS BELOW
Should you be unable to travel to your destination and not honour your booking due to Covid 19 restrictions that relate to
border closure, or provincial lockdown, you will be issued with a postponement voucher valid for a limited period
Should any person/s test positive for COVID-19 prior to arrival and not be able to travel, no refund or postponement will be permitted
No refunds/postponements will be permitted should beaches be closed for swimming, sports or recreation during your travel dates
Should both the Kosi Bay and Komatipoort borders be closed during your travel dates, you may postpone your booking for a further
limited period (subject to availability and any rate increase that may be in place).
No refunds or postponements if your travel documents and VISAS are not in order
Should you wish to cancel your booking, the standard cancellation terms above will apply
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
R3,000 refunable breakage deposit will be required with your reservation payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses. Breakages are as per owner discretion and cost to replace.
