Important Information
A 50% confirmation fee is required in order to secure any accommodation booking. The full amount is due by the Client and shall be payable in full prior to the date of arrival. Bookings are only confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and the client has received a booking confirmation from from us. Guests are required to check out by no later than 10am on the day of departure. Late check out is possible, however by prior arrangement only and only if no other guests are arriving on that day Should Diaz Beach Apartment suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. The owner at all times reserves the full rights of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
