Golf House is situated in the stunning seaside Greenways Golf Estate in Strand.

The house has four bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge with DStv and an outside area with braai facilities. The abode also offers guests a communal swimming pool, laundry amenities, a restaurant and parking on the premises.

Attractions in and around the area include the nine-hole golf course in which the house is located, the Cape Helderberg Beaches and the Helderberg Wine Estates.

Electricity is Pay as you Go – guests to top up when necessary.

Beach: The Estate lies at the edge of the sea offering spectacular views of False Bay and beyond.

Golf: Greenways offers an 18 hole, par 3 golf course. The course snakes through the residential area and is full of small ponds and dams. Tenants or guests are required to pay a nominal green fee based on whether they are an adult, student or child.

Conference Venues: The Greenways Restaurant and Conference Centre caters to the needs of all residents be it for a breakfast, snacks, a sumptuous meal, a sundowner or just serving as a meeting place for friends and family to gather and appreciate the surroundings.
