Welcome to Karoo1 Hotel Village.
With original buildings dating back to 1756, the Karoo 1 Hotel is a restructured farm located in De Doorns. It offers elegant rooms and features such as outdoor swimming pools a restaurant and bar area. Each room at Karoo 1 has a private bathroom and a private terrace. Some of them offer views over the garden and the Matroosberg Mountains. We have 12 rooms that include a fireplace and 12 rooms that has airconditioning, 24 rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Guests can also enjoy the regional delicacies offered at the on-site restaurant, which is prepared on the spot, using only fresh ingredients. Guests can enjoy the sun near the pool or explore the surrounding indigenous wildlife.
Karoo 1 is located 22 km away from De Doorns and 54 km away from Worcester. Cape Town International Airport is a 1.30-hour drive away. Free private parking is also available.
Wedding Venues: Karoo1 specializes in customized wedding packages which has been trending as "Getaway Weddings" we have a wedding planner/coordinator/manager on site, a beautiful chapel and large indoor or outdoor facilities to host the most spectacular weddings.
Conference Venues: We have an on-site conference center for around 40 guests which include projector, whiteboards, Internet access and other business facilities.
Family friendly: Children are more than welcome, with its open areas, pool table, and kiddies pool, we accommodate families from all around the world.
