Makhato 84 is a luxury bush lodge located in the beautiful Sondela Nature Reserve, roughly 10 minutes from Bela Bela.

This is one of the few units where the view is completely undisturbed, with the perk of having no neighbours close by, guests can enjoy the peace of the bushveld in complete privacy.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a loft area with four single beds, an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The entertainment area has a dining table, a gas heater and a Weber braai. There is a lapa with a bonfire and camping chairs, overlooking the bush.

Relax by sitting around a glowing fire while listening to the sound of howling jackals. Sondela offers a variety of wildlife interaction, nature walks and safaris.

Other facilities includes farmyard, wellness and spa facilities, recreation programme/s, sondela wildlife conservation centre, bicycles for hire hourly/daily, putt-putt golf, bistro and pub, target shooting, sports tennis, hiking, volley ball and action cricket, bicycles for hire hourly/daily, game drives day and night, quad biking, horseback riding and recreational 4x4 riding.
