Our rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast.

CHECK IN time is 2pm on day of arrival. (Room may be occupied earlier if available)
We do NOT allow check-ins after 6.00pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.
CHECK OUT time is 10.30am.
Late departures will be charged an additional day.

Napier House is a NON-SMOKING establishment.
Smoking buckets are provided for guests to smoke in designated areas outside.

Only paying/registered guests are permitted to occupy the accommodation.
Permission of the Bed and Breakfast owner is required prior to a guest allowing any
visitor onto the premises. We have the right to ask the visitor/s to leave the premises.
If the guest is not willing to comply then we reserve the right to ask the guest to
leave the premises, and monies paid for any nights outstanding will not be refunded.
We DO NOT allow unregistered/non-paying guests to ‘sleep over.’
Registered guests will be responsible for further payment if any unregistered
friends sleep over.

BREAKAGES / DAMAGE
The Bed and Breakfast owners have the right to charge guests for any breakages
or damage to property and contents, be it the replacement cost or cost of repair.

HAIR PRODUCTS / MAKE-UP / NAIL VARNISH / ETC
In the event of any of our linen / towels / furnishings being permanently
stained or damaged by the use of hair dye / hair products / make-up / nail varnish,
etc then the guest will be required to reimburse the Bed and Breakfast for
whatever the cost is to replace the item.
