Ocean View Villas is set in the heart of Shaka’s Rock and provides a range of accommodation varying from upmarket and corporate to family units.

Each air-conditioned unit is fully equipped for self-catering and has its own TV with selected DStv, braai facilities and secure parking. All linen is provided. All of the units are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays, and a laundry service is available out-of-season on request.

Ocean View Villas are located approximately 500 m from the Shaka’s Rock main beach, and most of our units boast great sea views. There is also a splash pool on the premises and beach access across the road.

Should the accommodation be cancelled by yourself, the deposit will not be refunded unless suitable tenants are found to fill your booking dates, no refund will be considered after occupation. Arrival time is 14h00 and departure is no later than 10h00. No pets allowed in units, unless specified in description. We reserve the right to substitute alternate accommodation of equal price and value, should the accommodation for any reason, no longer be available. The maximum number of persons should not exceed the number of beds available, persons found overcrowding will be evicted without refund. Persons found misbehaving or disturbing the peace will be evicted without refund. By accepting the booking, the holiday maker accepts to adhere to the complex rules. No accommodation will be substituted on arrival as the holidaymaker accepts the unit based on all information given on our website. If breakages or abnormalities are not reported on or within 12 hours they will be charged against your breakage deposit. All linen is provided by a place to stay however beach towels, dish clothes, toiletries are to be supplied by the tenants. All persons who make use of facilities and apartments rented do so entirely at their own risk and a place to stay takes no liability for injuries, theft or damages caused during your stay. see more

Firstly there was no one to open the gate for us. We shouted and shouted for about 40 minutes which resulted in us being late for the wedding reception. A very helpful lady fron Salt Cafe came up at about that time and opened for us. Her helper also shouted for the person taking care of the place. My husband eventually walked up to find him. We are not impressed with this at all. The room was also very dusty.

Needs maintenance and cleaning in and around all units. Upgrade of furniture. No furniture on deck and needs a proper cleaning, maintenance and upgrade.
