Periwinkle Place is designed with European standard furnishings and exquisite decor, providing an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The single-storey house comprises two en-suite bedrooms, a stylish lounge, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate outside entertainment area. With direct access to the solar heated pool (seasonal), surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck, you can relax and unwind in ultimate comfort. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the premises in a separate building, sharing the pool area.

For your convenience, there is a private terrace with a braai facility, perfect for enjoying a delightful outdoor barbecue. The property also offers secure open parking for one car behind a remote controlled gate. Please be aware that the premises are not available for parties, ensuring a peaceful and serene environment for all guests. Furthermore, the apartment is ideally set for four guests, with the option to accommodate an additional one or two guests in the sleeper lounge upon request only.

Important Information

We require a damage / security deposit of R 3000,- for a weekly stay payable in advance as well as a copy of the ID/passport. For longer stays we reserve the right to request a higher security deposit.
You'll get the money back if there are no damages to the house once final cleaning has been done.
We also reserve the right to charge for excessive usage of water & electricity and take it off the security deposit.
Please note:
Suitable only for children who can swim as there is no safety net or fence for the pool.
Generally 4 guests, maximum 2 additional on request in the sleeper lounge at extra cost. No parties or additional guests are allowed on premises.
Outside salt clarinated pool with seasonal solar heating
Smoking outside only (private terrace)
Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
There might be other guests staying on the same premises in a seperate building.
