Hospitality...Dumi Ndlovu...was so professional, patient with us in everything that we needed. is such a darling. Our rooms were clean. She made sure we have every thing, clean towels, bedding done, water fact that we couldn't enjoy the DSTV...almost all programmes were blocked. I loved your establishment. Thank you

Chalet needs an upgrade in total. Shower is the biggest problem. Mattres needs a change. Kitchenware needs attention. Had lost allot of food due to the refrigerator freezing everything even on a low setting. We did expect more privacy and that the chalet faced into the bush but instead the chalet faced towards the lodge were all the other guests move around. Also there is no hand soap available in the bathroom.
