Important Information
Full balance payment and refundable breakage deposit are required one month prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 70% of the accommodation total will be refunded
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 0% of the accommodation total will be refunded
Refundable Breakage Deposit:
The house has a refundable breakage deposit of R3000. The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date.
Early and late check-in/check-out
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R800.00 from your refundable breakage deposit
