About The Light House
The Light House property is in utter harmony with its surrounding natural environment. Guest can appreciate and enjoy every angle of the beautiful views. On warm days, the inside areas can be opened up, boasting amazing light.
On various levels, this house possesses meticulous design, luxurious fixtures and comfort. Every single space cleverly compliments the other with a very subtle combination of colours and textures. When entering the main door you'll find a water feature with a spectacular panoramic view across the Knysna River.
The open-plan dining and kitchen areas open directly onto the terrace and sparkling swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has multiple islands including a breakfast bar. The kitchen comprises a scullery, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. The scullery is connected to a large double garage with room for two vehicles and bikes.
Upon entering the large TV lounge, you'll come across the first and second bedroom, both are en-suite. Bedroom three is a children's room complete with a shower. Straight through the cosy second lounge, you'll find the gardens and balcony area over-looking the golf course. This room provides seating for six guests and a gas fireplace.
The Master Suite comprises a king-size bed with a TV unit, a vast dressing area with vanity basins, a chic bath and shower with separate cloakroom. This suite also has a balcony with a private courtyard. Bedroom four comprises a king-size bed, adequate dressing space, a balcony, en-suite shower and bathroom with a separate cloakroom.
Besides all the indigenous gardens and courtyards around the property, the 'wow' factor is when you get to the pool area. This space is complemented by a large braai and entertaining area with cosy dining for ten guests. Sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables are also available.

A 30% deposit shall be paid by the Tenant on the date of booking to secure the property for the nominated booking dates within 48 hrs of making the booking. This 30% deposit is non-refundable
The full rental payment is due no less than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival. This full rental payment comprises the remaining 70% of the booking fee due plus a 30% refundable security deposit.
Tenants are expected to leave the property as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion. They are liable for breakages and any damage caused during their stay including, but not restricted to, the value of their security deposit.
