Situated in a well sought after, tree-lined suburb of Oatlands. We within walking distance of Kingswood College and St Andrews, Rhodes and Pick n Pay.
The bedsitter, has its own entrance from the garden, into the spacious fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen table doubles as an excellent place to work and use the free Wi-Fi.
There is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. In the bedroom there are two comfortable lounge chairs for guests to sit and watch TV.
On request and if I am given the children's ages suitable books and toys can be put out in the bedsitter.
