Important Information
1. Guests agree to observe utmost consideration and respect to other guests and The Haystack’s property rights
2. No smoking and pets allowed in our apartments
3. The Haystack reserves the right to terminate accommodation at any time and refund prorata balance
4. Check-in time is after 14h00 and check-out time is by 10h00
5. Checking-in and checking-out outside the above hours are at the discretion of The Haystack management
6. All breakages, damages and missing/lost property in the apartments attributable to guests will be charged
7. No weapons allowed on the property
8. No drugs or prohibited substances/items allowed on our premises or in any of the suites
9. The Haystack is not responsible for the loss of any guest’s items in the apartments and safes are to be used for safekeeping of valuables
10. The Haystack takes no responsibility for internet sites visited by guests
11. The Haystack strives to ensure that all advertised facilities and amenities are available but holds itself harmless for instances of temporary unavailability
12. All facilities provided are for normal use and The Haystack reserves the discretion to limit use to prevent abuse and misuse
13. The Haystack accepts no obligations whatsoever to guests beyond agreed check-out
14. Guests are only allowed into the apartments if accommodation is paid for and under no circumstances will booking be extended if payment is not made
15. Guests accept all costs whatsoever arising from not vacating apartments at check-out
