• No loud noise after 9pm, there will be a R4000 fine for any loud noise complaints, zero tolerance.
• Please be aware of monkeys
• black bags remain in unit or otherwise in green bins at complex
• No more than 8 occupants
• Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
• Please don’t lock house keys inside apartment.
• Parking available for 2 cars (1 in garage and 1 open bay)
• Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify security prior to arrival for smooth access
