During working day / Check-in between 4.00pm and 6.00pm / From Monday to Friday only:
- Go to 10 av Franklin Roosevelt 75008 PARIS - Ring the doorbell "Bridgestreet" to open the door
- Take the elevator to the 2nd floor
- Our Guest Service Team will be pleased to welcome you and give you the key of your apartment
(Our office is open from Monday to Friday / From 9.00am to 6.00pm / a luggage room is at your disposal if you arrive in the morning) If Check-in after 6.00pm and all days on Weekend / Bank Holiday :
- Go to 10 av Franklin Roosevelt 75008 PARIS - Open the entrance door by dialing the code 2368B. - On your right you will find some mailbox and one with an electronik lock.
- Call our hotline at the 0033 1 42 94 13 13 in regards to obtain the safety box code PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CODE OF THE SAFEMAILBOX WILL BE ONLY COMMUNICATED TO YOU BY OUR AGENT UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR NAME AND YOUR RESERVATION NUMBER. THEREFORE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WITH YOU THOSE INFORMATIONS.
- Upon communication of the safemail box code thanks to open the lock
- Please take ONLY the enveloppe at your name - Thansk to carefully lock back the safemail box - Afterwards follow the instructions found in your welcome letter and go to your apartment.
BEWARE THAT THE 10 AVENUE FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT IS ONLY AN ADDRESS TO PICK UP YOUR KEY, NO APARTMENT ON SITE.
