              Got to the lodge at around 5pm but my room wasn’t ready..no linens and so forth.Had to wait for housekeepers to come fix the room.Come the night😢..couldn’t even sleep,the noise levels were really high.Kept on calling the reception for them to at least speak to other visitors to keep it down but no.I think the lodge should implement a rule that comes with a fine for noise !

              We loved every moment at the lodge you have fantastic staffs who are friendly and so helpfull ,the breakfast was just wow, definitely will recommend ecotel to anyone . The weather was the only thing that let us down but that had nothing to do with the ecotel you will see us back soon I give you 5stars.

              The aircon in the room was leaking. I called the guy from reception he came and promised to come back but never did. I was forced to switch it off and couldnt sleep because of the heat. There are no rules drunk people were moving up and down the passage making noise from midnight until the early hours of the morning. If you wanna get drunk and not sleep thats a good place to be but if you want to relax and rest its a big No for me. Its bad
