About Hide-a-Loerie

Situated in Knysna, Hide-a-Loerie is a beautiful and comfortable self-catering house.

A heaven of sandy beaches, indigenous forests and serene lakes that can be found in Knysna offers a big variety for relaxation and alfresco ventures.

The small town features flea-markets, cafés and craft shops that are.

The house has wonderful views of the Knysna lagoon from the deck with private braai facilities and a swimming pool. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathroomsand a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with a card table, a single garage and a large driveway.

          If you want to have a homely holiday and just relax, this is the place to be.The house is comfortable. The view from the deck is spectacular and the atmosphere is peaceful. It is close to town but you need to drive to the closest beach. The owners are helpful, kind and wonderful.

          My family and I had an absolutely incredible time at Hide-a-Loerie main house. The pictures don't do justice to the incredible view and indoor/outdoor flow onto that amazing balcony. We felt like we didn't have to ever leave the house-sitting outside on the lovely deck chairs, swimming in the gorgeous pool, afternoon naps and braaing kept us satisfied. Even those who are sun sensitive were happy, as the doors out to the balcony open fully, allowing you to feel outside but sit on the comfy couches in the lounge.           Sandi and I stayed here for a week needing a break after moving house. This was ideal. The views are fabulous. The outside deck with a weber is perfect for having drinks and a braai, and sitting reading.
