Hide Place Lodge invites you to explore our elegant and luxurious accommodation. We offer 28 en-suite rooms as well as conference and entertainment facilities suitable for singles, families and honeymooners alike. Our lodge also features two swimming pools, a boma fire and a fully licensed indoor bar area.

Hide Place Lodge is situated close to all major attractions in Bloemfontein including the Mimosa Mall Shopping Centre, the Vodacom Park, rugby and soccer stadiums as well as Goodyear Park, home of the Eagles cricket team.

Bathroom could do with some renovations. toilet bowl discoloured, shower needs maintenance. The TV is impossible to watch, no channel is displayed properly.

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The only thing that lacked was the maintenance. I struggled to sleep the first night as the bed rocked and squeaked when I moved. I had to chock it against the wall the next night. The next day my wife almost fell through the chair as the frame was broken, so she had to sit on the bed while doing her makeup. The TV I had to fiddle with to eventually get it to work properly. I think they should put instructions with the remote explaining how to set it up.

The place is basic accommodation. The rooms settings are not clearly described. We needed rooms for 2 couples and were given a family room that had no subdivision for privacy. We exchanged with other guests who preferred our setting. The location of the place is excellent for the Macufe festival. The place is clean with very comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
