Nestled within the picturesque beauty of Noordhoek, Horizon Cottages offers a memorable getaway to guests. It is an idyllic option for couples or families visiting this seaside suburb of Cape Town.

This secure property has two spacious cottages, of which one has two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms. Each cosy cottage has a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your self-catering needs. These cottages also have private patios and gardens with braai facilities.

The property is also a great option for couples. There are two cabanas with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Guests can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Sliding doors lead out to the covered patio and lovely garden. Here, guests can enjoy a braai while appreciating beautiful views of the Noordhoek lakes.

The shared swimming pool invites guests to cool off on those balmy summer days. The beach is just a short distance away and is the perfect spot to enjoy a variety of water-sport activities. Other area attractions include Chapman’s Peak, craft and farm stalls, nature reserves and many restaurants. Guests could also enjoy some whale watching at False Bay, or discover the fascinating history of nearby Simons Town.

We rented the cabana cottage and it was great. Cosy yet elegant, spacious yet intimate. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed and the host Dennis was friendly and inviting. We had an amazing time and will definitely return to this little piece of quiet country life in the Southern Peninsula.

Our cabana at Horizon was spotlessly clean and really very well equipped. This is rare in a self catering establishment where my experience has been that they are often ill equipped and not very clean. Dennis is a warm, friendly person and we were left to do our thing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Horizon cottages are perfectly situated in Nordhoek. You are a close car drive away from the shops, the beach and restaurants.The accommodation provided is comfortable, impeccably clean and has all the relevant amenities one would need - a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery; access to a braai area, a garden, a swimming pool and personal parking space.Dennis provided us with a warm and friendly welcome - and made himself available to us when we had questions. He provided lots of useful information about the area and directions to places we wished to visit.The house is safe and well secure...
