The property features two houses with few double & twin rooms as well as three, four or six bed dorms and tents that can house up to 50 volunteers at a time. Each room features fan, coffee/tea making facilities and drinking water. Living room, Shower and washroom are shared in the hostel.

Breakfast and Dinner is prepared at the Hostel and is cooked by the Hostel Cooks. Breakfast is a selection of fruits accompanied by eggs, pancakes, toast and a variety of spreads. Dinner the meals change daily but there is a set menu. The property also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans, along with any dietary conditions.

The property has enough parking space for all guests with security guard. Airport pickup can be arranged with extra charge of $40 fee. Free laundry with a washing machine, volunteer placement, all onsite staff support and 24Hrs front desk are also available. Hostel Hoff is located very close to town just a 5 minute walk. Kilimanjaro International Airport is just a 40 minutes drive from the hostel.
