Our farm, known as Nooitgedacht, is measured to be 530 Ha of which 70 Ha is planted under a wide variety of Lemon, Navel and Valencia citrus trees. The Sundays River Valley is one of the biggest citrus production valleys in the Southern Hemisphere and we are proud to export about 20% of South Africa’s citrus. Our harvest time is mostly during winter and the season stretches from March to October each year.

On our private nature reserve, we have quite a few different species of wildlife on the farm, including Giraffe, Waterbuck, Kudu, Duiker, Warthog, Zebra, Bushbuck, Nyala, Eland, Bush Pig, various bird species and breeding projects with our disease-free Cape Buffalo and Sables.

At Kududu Guest House you can follow one of our carefully marked walking trails through the bush and enjoy the thrill of watching Bushbuck, Kudu, Duiker, mountain Tortoises and a wide variety of bird life at close range.

We have acquired a game vehicle and have a guide who will take guests on game drives in our game reserve. It’s a rare privilege to be 5 to 10 meters from one of the Big Five, the feared African Buffalo. Also experience the nightlife on the farm in the sighting of Jackal, Owl, Porcupine, as well as Bush pig.

As the day comes to an end and darkness falls, you can sip sundowners on our wide veranda and watch the spectacular African sunsets and see the Addo buffalo roaming in the fields.

Our pool and lapa areas are for the exclusive use of our guests. Pool towels are provided. Relax in our jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the mountains.

Dinner is served on request and must be booked prior to arrival. We will also be pleased to book tours, excursions or dinner at one of our many restaurants in the surrounding area.

We loved the sense of remoteness of Kududu as well as the wonderful vistas from the entertainment areas. The pool and garden were very pleasing to the eye. The couple, Anri and Deon were very welcoming and friendly. we wish them great success in their new venture.

Our hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy the Addo Area!

Cathy and Peter were outstanding hosts, and Cathy;s knowledge of the area ensured that we had a lovely (but far too short) weekend. Cathy went out of her way to cater our meals as we had very special dietary requirements - she hit the mark spot on! We will definitely be back.
