The lounge area features comfortable seating for guests and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment; it also leads off onto a spacious balcony, complete with braai facilities and outdoor furniture.

While staying at the La Mer complex, guests have access to the communal swimming pool, along with the secure parking available on site.

Terms & Conditions Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account prior to arrival.No keys can be released without full and final settlement.The breakage deposit will be refunded within the first week of following month of departure, less any deductions for breakages. The deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself. Please remember to email us your account details. Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit. Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.Please send us a copy of your ID document and proof of residence for FICA purposes. Please use your booking code in the subject line.The premises are available for holiday letting only and are only to be occupied for the period shown on the booking form.Sub-letting is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made withJust Property and agreed to in writing.Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.Arrival time is no earlier than 2:00 pm on date of arrival as listed on booking form. Departure time is no later than 8:00 am on date of departure as listed on booking form.Caravans and tents are prohibited.Unless otherwise stated or agreed to, in writing, no animals are allowed in the units.No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. The view of the place where it is located is a beautiful place however, upon our arrival, the maintenance of the flat is terrible, the floors was so slippery that our kids were falling on they bottoms while walking, in the rooms had terrible pillows it was stained and had mould on it and they expect hoilday makers to sleep on that it was very dispointing, the 1st bedroom the bed was broken ,in the main bed room the gate was not even opening the bathroom there was no lights working we had to get the maintenance guys to come in which they did but only put one light and they told us they will...

Most people and myself included enjoyed the great view amd closeness to the ocean.The dissapointment was with regards to the establishment itself.From the opening gate to the fans , curtains burglar gates etc there is so much of rust that makes the place feel unhygenic .With the amount of rules and regulations regarding keeping the place neat or else deposit will be deducted i expected a much more better place.Not something where the fridge leaks , the room burglar gate does not open and the entire room has that damp smell.The long n short of it is that such a great location should show some...

HiI would like to stress how disappointed at everything that that happened firstly leaving at 08h00 is a big problem to wake up and pack up and go . Secondly the dishes and furniture was short and water was cold and the is no mop to even clean the floor.

Clean swimming pool and presence of fans in all rooms impressed me.Improve by supplying a list of broke and non-functioning items to the guest prior to the arrival,for convenient sake.Also show all your costs before demanding deposit.The R550 and R1000 was a chock to me cause you hide it.
