Important Information
Basic terms and conditions:
• Rates are charged in USD and they Include VAT;
• Rates are also inclusive of Government Taxes;
• A Full Board basis includes dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch.
Booking payments:
• 20 Days before arrival full payment to be received;
• Extras at the camp are to be settled in full before departure .The Agent agrees to pay all costs including legal fees incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices;
• Note that Comifora Camp reserves the rights to cancel any booking without prior notification that does not comply with the above terms.
Booking cancellation policies:
The following will apply for any amendment, cancelation or reduction in numbers rooms or pax of any booking;
• Between 60-20 Days before schedule date of arrival: 20 % cancelation fee of the per person rate.
• 20 days to day of arrival: 100 % cancelation fee of the per person rate.
Making provisional booking:
• Provisional booking will be held subject to availability. Comifora Camp has the right to charge cancellation fees against provisional bookings not cancelled or amended as per cancelation policy.
Confidentiality of these agreements:
• The Agent confirms that the above contract, rate and terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to any third party.
Breach of the terms and conditions:
• Comifora Camp will consider any default or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions contained with this agreement as a breach of contract and therefore make this contract null and void. Furthermore it may cancel any booking paid or unpaid as a result of such breach and claim damages due to default.
Discounts and applicability:
• For any client staying more than three consecutive nights, there is a 5 percent discount. For repeat clients there is also 5 percent discount. Applicable to accommodation only. Commissions are on special requests to be approved by the director.
