Important Information
Deposit policy
To confirm you booking a deposit of 50% of the total costs is required within 7 days from the date on which the booking is made.
Payment is to be made in full no later than 30 calendar days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival or less will only be confirmed on 100% of balanced received.
Failure to comply with this payment obligation will result in the cancellation of the booking and the forfeiture of all amounts already paid.
All Rates are quoted in South African Rands and includes VAT.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be given in writing to e-mail and are subject to the following conditions:
7 days prior to arrival 100% of total booking amount
14 days prior to arrival 100% of deposit amount
21 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit amount
30 days prior to arrival 25% of deposit amount
Standard Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
The tariffs are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) on per night basis (unless otherwise indicated).
When booking on a self-catering basis you will be required to bring all your own food for our on-site chef to prepare according to your own menu at an extra charge
Please note that while the lodge can accommodate 10 Adults and 4 children we can only take 10 guests on game drive at a time.
