Situated on the historic Bloemendal farm, established by grant in 1674 by Governor Simon van der Stel and surrounded by lush vineyards with the imposing Boland mountains in the background, these beautifully designed hillside cottages provide a unique pastoral experience.

Equidistant from Franschoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch and only 45 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and the V&A Waterfront, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, Paddabult offers you total relaxation on a working citrus farm.

Our tastefully appointed cottages, each accommodates up to four people and consists of two bedrooms & one bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom features two single beds. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and living room with TV has large sliding doors leading to an extensive patio with a built in barbecue facility, providing a breathtaking view of the farm and surrounding mountain ranges.

Family friendly: Our cottages is perfectly equipped for families who's comfortable sharing 1x bathroom.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management.Janine and Jackie were wonderful.Tiny improvements - the road signage to the actual cottages does not exist. Visitors end up at Reception, which is signposted.Aircon in the bedroom would be nice

Paddabult is in a beautiful setting, close to all the major wineland towns, great for couples or families who are looking for a self catering unit. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, neat, clean, great view of Paarl and the 'Taal Monument'. I particularly enjoyed the private 'braai' area.
