A leather lounge suite provides seating for six as well as a flat screen TV and DSTV connection, but please bring your own decoder, cables and smart card as the TV does not work without it, or else you can hire a decoder from the local supplier in Margate. (not PVR or Explora compatible) Two ceiling fans are fitted for your comfort in the lounge area.

The unit is also fitted with unlimited Wi Fi ( fibre ) for your entertainment.

The unit is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a kitchen nook seating six.

There is a large semi enclosed balcony off the main bedroom & lounge with sea views.

A large patio table seating six as well as a kettle braai is also provided for your use, so you can listen to the waves crashing even if it rains.

The complex boasts a swimming pool, including a toddler splash pool, as well as beautiful landscaped gardens.

A lockup garage is allocated to this unit and there is extra parking for visitors as well as trailer parking.

Direct beach access via a beach gate, with the beach only about 30m away.

Shops and restaurants are all within the immediate vicinity.

Linen and bath towels are supplied, please just bring with your own swimming towels.

Important Information

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has unlimted Wi Fi and a DSTV connection so please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. (not PVR or Explora compatible)
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
