Designed for both short and long-term stays, our spacious apartments come with generous discounts for bookings over 28 days. For those working remotely, our stable and reliable Internet connection offers speeds of up to 20 MBPS, which can be easily upgraded to suit your needs.


Indulge in our well-appointed kitchen, complete with a washer, microwave, hob, oven, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area for two, or unwind in the lounge area featuring a large couch, separate chair, and coffee table. The 34-inch smart flat screen TV is perfect for a Netflix binge-session.


Work productively from the comfort of your new home with our reliable Internet, delivered via a large fiber line and distributed to your apartment by copper wiring. Our default 20 MBPS package is ample for video conferences, but if you require faster speeds, we offer affordable upgrades to 30, 50, or even 100 MBPS.


Please note that the home theatre speakers in the lounge photo are no longer available, but rest assured, our apartments are equipped with air conditioning in the lounge area and a fan in the bedroom for maximum comfort.


The spacious bedroom boasts built-in wardrobes and a king-size bed, complete with bedside tables and lamps. For hot summer days, a fan is provided. The bathroom offers a large bath, a separate shower, basin, and toilet. With dual access from both the bedroom and the apartment hallway, convenience is guaranteed.


Step out onto the Juliette Balcony from the lounge area and enjoy the fresh air. Rest easy knowing that your designated parking space is secure and easily accessible via the elevator. You'll also have complimentary access to our fully-equipped gym and inviting pool area.


Please remember that our apartments are self-catering, and our rates are highly affordable. While we provide initial consumables, we kindly ask that you replenish supplies such as toilet paper and soap if needed. A Clicks store, located opposite the Icon, offers a wide range of toiletries and cleaning products for your convenience.


To ensure a comfortable stay, we will clean and replace towels and linen every 8 days. If your stay is shorter than 8 days, cleaning services are not included. For our long-term guests enjoying the exceptional discounts offered, we will clean and replenish supplies once a month. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.


Lastly, we kindly request that you conserve electricity by not leaving the air-conditioning on overnight or when not in the apartment. As the air-conditioning is only available in the lounge, leaving it on during the night would serve no purpose.
