I really was not happy with the way I was received at Town Lodge. I was made to wait for an hour while the payment between safari and town lodge was sorted out. Not only made to wait but made to feel like I was some kind of shady character trying to score a free ride. They had all my details from the booking but I had to try and prove that I paid safari. I showed them my booking confirmation from safari and had to try and email them my booking confirmation. No apologies were made for my inconvenience after they eventually got a payment from safari.
