This double-storey villa can accommodate six guests at a time and comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third contains a queen-size bed. These two rooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a six-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

This living area has stacking doors that open up onto a patio with outdoor seating, sunbeds, braai facilities, and a sparkling swimming pool (not fenced) where guests can cool off while fully admiring the views, and a Jacuzzi. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property behind a remote-controlled gate. The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Solar panels and JoJo tanks are available for loadshedding and water shortages.
